Imperial property has 6 separate buildings, each with 3 floors, that surround a freshwater swimming pool. The front of the hotel is on Kukulcán Boulevard, the main street of the hotel zone. The hotel is on a white sand Caribbean beach, with tranquil water, that is perfect for swimming and water sports.

Airport distance: 13 km / 8 miles, 20 minutes.
How to get there:Take the only exit road towards Cancun and continue on that road for approximately 2 kilometers. Then, turn to the left at "Y" intersection in the road, cross the bridge over the main highway (Cancun-Tulum), immediately you will see a new intersection with the sign towards Cancun, turn to the right and you will pass under the bridge. Keep on going straight, you are now at the Boulevard Luis Donaldo Colosio that will turn after the traffic lights into Avenida Tulum. At the fifth traffic light you will see a big fountain with seashells, here you have to turn to the right. This is the Kululcan Boulevard, the beginning of the hotel zone. Continue approximately for 2.3 kilometers. Go in the first opportunity to make a "u" turn and you will see the Hotel Barcelo Las Perlas and the entrance to the Celuisma Imperial Las Perlas Hotel.
